Once Upon a Fairytale

When our copy of Once Upon a Fairytale by Natalia and Lauren O'Hara arrived it was immediately seized by my eight-year-old, who has now read it too many times to count! (She's giving it a ten star rating)

This is a 'choose your own story' in picture book format, giving readers a chance to decide what happens next on almost every page.

Will your story take place once upon a rainy Tuesday? Or once upon a cosy teatime?

Will you choose a pair of magic shoes, or a berry to make you shrink to help you on your quest?

The illustrations have a classic, fairytale vibe, which I loved. This is a cosy, enchanting picture book which is great fun to read again and again.

There are so many different options, this really is a different story every time you read it, making it lots of fun for readers big and small.

Thank you Macmillan Children's Books for sending me a copy for review
